Orders
An order is confirmed once payment completes. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Personalized products
Each item is made specifically for your child after you approve the preview. It cannot be resold, which affects the returns policy below.
Delivery
We print and ship inside Saudi Arabia. Production and delivery times are shown before you order, and you can track status from your account.
Returns
If an item arrives with a printing fault, damaged, or different from the preview you approved, we replace it or refund you. Personalized items in good condition cannot be returned, because they were made for your child alone.
What you upload
You are responsible for having the right to upload the photo. We refuse any inappropriate image, and may cancel and refund the order in that case.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
